FCC Compliance Pathway Assessment
For companies that are not sure whether a product needs FCC ID, FCC SDoC, testing, documentation review, or additional evaluation, APEX CS provides an initial pathway review based on product type, wireless function, electronic function, intended use, and current documentation status.
FCC ID Project Support
FCC ID is commonly required for intentional radiators such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, RF transmitters, and certain wireless devices. APEX CS supports manufacturers through document preparation, testing coordination, TCB communication, and final file organization.
FCC SDoC Support
Some non-wireless electronic products may fall under FCC Supplier’s Declaration of Conformity requirements. APEX CS helps clients organize the required documents, responsible party information, labels, manuals, and reports for SDoC readiness.
FCC Testing Coordination
APEX CS coordinates testing projects with third-party laboratories and certification partners. We do not present ourselves as a testing laboratory; instead, we help clients communicate with labs, understand testing needs, track samples, and follow up on reports.
TCB Submission Support
For FCC ID projects, a Telecommunication Certification Body may review and issue the grant. APEX CS helps organize the submission package and coordinate responses to TCB review questions.
